DealersEDGE Asia, together with MG Vietnam organized the ‘National Sales Management Training’ for 64 sales managers across the country from 12 to 14, May 2022 in Ha Long city.
Right from the beginning, participants and the trainer transparently shared the objectives of enhancing their current positions and bring more values to the corporate. All participants had the opportunity to participate in discussions and express their opinions on topics such as goal setting, developing sales teams, recruiting, training, developing human resources, and sales process management during the two-day course.
