On June 2021, DealersEDGE Asia was pleased to hold a two-day training course for Diageo’s salespeople at Keep Walking Club, HCMC. Mutually inspired by the art of wine, we closely discussed customers’ insights and brand identity to figure out how to bring customers the best consultants and services.
The training was more interesting and inspirit by creative activities such as design thinking and visualizing campaign concepts. After the course, Diageo’s salespeople were further in love with their brand and will continue to spread the inspiration to their customers by selling the values and stories rather than just the products.
