Wurth GO!
WĂĽrth GO is a mobile car-care service offering a focused range of essential maintenance solutions, including windshield wipers, washer fluids, fuel injector cleaning, and interior disinfecting and deodorising services.
In Vietnam’s developing aftermarket and mobility-services market, Würth GO needed a clearer way to convert product quality into customer trust and partner uptake. DealersEDGE Asia supported this shift by introducing the Würth GO Center concept, focusing on practical training, standardized service offerings, and direct customer interaction to demonstrate quality through real service delivery rather than product claims.
As a result, Würth GO moved from low agent conversion to a more structured and scalable operating model, with growing interest from dealers across multiple regions. Through service standardisation, staff training, and partnerships with OEMs and digital platforms, DealersEDGE helped establish a more consistent and credible foundation for Würth GO’s expansion in Vietnam.
Seed of Hope
Seeds of Hope is a vocational training programme designed to equip underprivileged youth in Vietnam with practical automotive skills and a clear pathway into stable employment. Supported by IECD and Motul Asia, the programme combines hands-on technical training with life skills to improve long-term employability.
DealersEDGE Asia designed, developed, and delivered the Seeds of Hope curriculum, ensuring it aligned closely with real workshop and dealership needs. The programme was structured into clear training tracks: automotive maintenance, car care, and body & paint, integrating technical instruction, soft skills, and industry exposure to bridge the gap between training and employment.
Beyond curriculum design, DealersEDGE Asia worked with partners to connect students to internships, workplace mentors, and job opportunities, helping translate training into real outcomes. By embedding industry standards and future-ready modules, DealersEDGE ensured Seeds of Hope remains relevant, practical, and focused on sustainable career integration for young people in Vietnam.




Castrol
Castrol Vietnam works with a nationwide network of automotive workshops to raise service standards, strengthen technical capability, and drive consistent product and service sales across the aftermarket. Its focus is on helping workshops operate more professionally while adapting to changing customer expectations and market conditions, especially during periods of disruption such as Covid..Â
DealersEDGE Asia designed and delivered a comprehensive training programme for more than 800 Castrol-affiliated workshops across Vietnam. The programme addressed not only technical and service skills, but also shifts in customer service, operations, and business mindset required during Covid, helping workshops adjust to new ways of working while maintaining professional standards.
In parallel, we helped develop and package clear, scalable service and promotional offerings that workshops could implement consistently nationwide. The programme was delivered online to reach workshop owners and mechanics across the country, enabling Castrol to support its network at scale while reinforcing stronger customer engagement and more effective product and service sales.
